Cash Management Service Manager is responsible for the ongoing service of cash management programs for business banking clients. Oversees development and implementation of custom plans to meet client's cash management requirements. Being a Cash Management Service Manager acts as a liaison between client companies, service representatives, account management and sales, providing technical support as needed. Makes recommendations on technical aspects of cash management service plan design. Additionally, Cash Management Service Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Cash Management Service Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Cash Management Service Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    PERSONAL SKILLS. Commitment to unparalleled customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
    LANGUAGE SKILLS. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos [in English]. Ability to write simple correspondence [in English]. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, vendors, and other associates of the organization who only speak English.
    COMPUTER SKILLS. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of HT Internet software; E-mail; Inventory software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
    REASONING ABILITY. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, TRAINING Complete Company's training including but not limited to: new hire
    orientation, customer service network, safety, customer service clerk technical skills, floor monitor technical skills, and Department manager training.
