Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Outstanding phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a professional demeanor
