The Job:

Our agents receive calls from potential customers for a well-known loan servicer who need their documentation verified for their loan submission. The goal is to help the customers and the company approve or deny loans based upon the customers documentation. This is an inbound customer service role responsible for handling customers financial documents.

• Consistent Schedules: We work 12PM-9PM Monday through Thursday and 10AM- 7PM. We work two Saturdays per month (9a-6p). No other weekend requirements.
• Consistent Hours: We hire for exactly what is needed. If you are full-time, you work full-time. There are rarely any changes in schedule.

• Hourly Pay: Start at $16.00 per hour.

The Training:

New hires receive 2 weeks of classroom training from 8:30am - 5:00pm, then two weeks of on-the-job training.

We have training classes starting Tuesday April 9th, 2024.
