Additionally, Cash Management Service Representative elevates important or complex inquiries to the appropriate manager, supervisor, or team to ensure they are resolved appropriately. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Cash Management Service Representative works under moderate supervision. Responsibilities:
· Reach out and get contracts from homeowners that want to sell their home.
· Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs and more.
· Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task.
· Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.
· Must be motivated to bring in outside business.
· Must be a team player.
· Love helping people and are great at building rapport.
· Excellent verbal and written skills.
· Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude.
