Cash Management Service Representative is responsible for providing cash management services to existing and potential business banking clients. Assists clients in various cash management programs while ensuring sufficient balance in the cash flows. Being a Cash Management Service Representative responds to and provides fixes for client issues and questions surrounding relevant products and/or services. Guides clients through onboarding, documentation, and implementation. Additionally, Cash Management Service Representative elevates important or complex inquiries to the appropriate manager, supervisor, or team to ensure they are resolved appropriately. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Cash Management Service Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Cash Management Service Representative typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. This includes; install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems, inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.
Always explain to the client what service you are performing. Explain and show the client how the company provides superior service.
Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches and switch gears Establish rapport with clients to sell the right products and services.
Re-check all electrical repairs and installations after you’ve repaired or replaced it, before leaving the client’s home to ensure everything is working properly and that we did indeed fix it right the first time.
