Assists clients in various cash management programs while ensuring sufficient balance in the cash flows. Being a Cash Management Service Representative responds to and provides fixes for client issues and questions surrounding relevant products and/or services. Guides clients through onboarding, documentation, and implementation. Additionally, Cash Management Service Representative elevates important or complex inquiries to the appropriate manager, supervisor, or team to ensure they are resolved appropriately. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Cash Management Service Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Cash Management Service Representative typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. The Demand Generation Manager is part our Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Operations Director.

You will oversee the strategy and execution of demand-generation campaigns. You will help drive prospect and customer growth in both existing and new business segments across multiple channels. You will be instrumental in creating assets that engage our audience and help drive meaningful growth through various campaigns and thought leadership. Above all, you will be an expert in understanding our buyer's journey and crafting content that resonates with our target audience.
