Cash Management Service Representative is responsible for providing cash management services to existing and potential business banking clients. Assists clients in various cash management programs while ensuring sufficient balance in the cash flows. Being a Cash Management Service Representative responds to and provides fixes for client issues and questions surrounding relevant products and/or services. Guides clients through onboarding, documentation, and implementation. Additionally, Cash Management Service Representative elevates important or complex inquiries to the appropriate manager, supervisor, or team to ensure they are resolved appropriately. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Cash Management Service Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Cash Management Service Representative typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.   • About this role: Wells Fargo is looking for Securities Operations Representative for Cash Management Processing team under Wealth and Investment Management group. In this role, you will: Perform various operational tasks on complex securities that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems Support securities operations Identify ways to improve the overall process Perform moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquires and reconciling transactions Review time sensitive documents Receive direction from supervisor and coordinate situations involving other departments Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal customers Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in Securities Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, and education Desired Qualifications: Completed at least 2nd year in College (Bachelor's degree) or finished 2-3 year Associate degree course Preferably with previous experience or knowledge in Cash Management or Brokerage services Should be amenable to work night shift Job Expectations: Primary (what she/he does 80% of the time) Able to work on assigned queues / work allocation in a timely manner. Able to meet and maintain SLA targets consistently. Ensures that all reports under scope is maintained and updated daily. Ensures that he/she is abreast with any process updates. Secondary (what s/he does 20% of the time): Able to contribute and participate actively on team meetings. Able to accomplish mandatory trainings in a timely manner.
