Cash Management Service Representative is responsible for providing cash management services to existing and potential business banking clients. Assists clients in various cash management programs while ensuring sufficient balance in the cash flows. Guides clients through onboarding, documentation, and implementation. Additionally, Cash Management Service Representative elevates important or complex inquiries to the appropriate manager, supervisor, or team to ensure they are resolved appropriately. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Cash Management Service Representative works under moderate supervision.     We are seeking a Sales Support Representative ("SSR") to join our team at The Best Cash Home Buyer. The SSR will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring consistent communication with prospective clients and a smooth operation of the sales process. The position requires effective communication, strong customer service skills, and the use of technical sales strategies to negotiate solutions and provide the best experience for our customers. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Base Commission.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build rapport through question based selling techniques combined with objection handling to generate sales.

    • Management: in a timely manner, update the CRM and prospect pipelines to accurately track leads through the sales process
    • Ownership: act as lead contact for all leads and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
    • Adaptability: ability to quickly learn the real estate industry and the real estate specific systems and technologies related. Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have and maintain or increase our current marketplace position
    • Accountability and Growth: Attend and actively participate in business meetings and trainings
    • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

    Education:
