CSR REQUIREMENTS
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for answering inbound calls and booking customer appointments. You also provide outbound call support as needed. Leveraging your communication and problem-solving skills, you resolve customer and field technician issues as comprehensively and quickly as possible. As the initial point of contact for customers, you try to resolve issues at the time of call, but if that is not possible, you route the customer to the appropriate company personnel. As you enthusiastically educate each customer on the scope of our services or fees, you collect all relevant customer information to update our dispatch software.
