Cash Management Service Supervisor jobs in Miami, FL

Two Roads Development is a privately held, real estate development company specializing in luxury residential condominium communities and five-star hospitality developments.

Duties:

• Cash functions (set-up wires and ACH payments for Vendors, Loans, Rents, Owners, etc.)
• Post transactions in Cash Management module of accounting software (Sage)
• Maintain W8 and W9s, and generate year-end 1099s
• Reconcile AMEX on a monthly basis (another employee posts the transactions, this employee would ensure that all transaction have been posted to the correct entities)
• Reconciliation of monthly Buyer Escrow Deposits for multiple projects (Escrows are held at the Title Company, this position would reconcile the reports and post the additions/withdrawals not associated with a closing)
• Reconcile Tenant Rent and Security Deposits monthly (temporary until all tenants vacate this summer)
• Track and post receipt of intercompany receivables
• Maintain documentation (promissory notes and satisfaction of payment) for intercompany loans

Requirements:

• This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, who works well independently, but can also collaborate with Project Accountants and the Chief Accounting Officer. The individual must be able to effectively plan, prioritize task, and meet deadlines.
• A degree in accounting preferred but not required if candidate has good GL experience. Strong Excel skills a must. Sage experience helpful but not required.

This is a full-time, salaried, in office position (Miami location).

Pay: $68,836.81 - $82,900.25 per year
