Cash Management Service Supervisor jobs in Portsmouth, NH

Service Credit Union is seeking an Asset Management Specialist where you will be responsible for the life-cycle management of all credit union assets.

Pay: Starting at $20.43 per hour. Flexible based on experience.

Hours: Full time, Monday Friday, 8:30 5:00

Work location: Portsmouth, NH

The Day to Day:

• Assist the Manager with the development of an asset management system and procedures for its implementation and maintenance.
• Implement procedures for tracking systems assets.
• Plan and oversee the asset management program.
• Coordinate with others for staff training and maintaining of the asset procedures and standards.
• Create and maintain the asset management procedure manual that contains detailed descriptions of system functions, tasks, responsibilities, to include identifying, tracking, transferring, reporting, and as requested, disposing of assets.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Understanding of asset management and inventory management.
• Ability to maintain the assets database.
• Conduct and coordinate asset physical inventories.
• Ability to recommend solutions to improve processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
