    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a reliable and experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee our Floor Care services team. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility's floors. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
    Duties:
    • Perform strip & wax services as needed
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of custodial staff members
    • Train new employees on proper cleaning and floor techniques and safety procedures
    • Inspect and evaluate the quality of cleaning performed by team members
    • Assign tasks and prioritize work schedules to ensure efficient operations
    • Perform regular inspections of floors to identify areas in need of cleaning or maintenance
    • Coordinate with other departments to schedule floor care services such as buffing or carpet cleaning
    • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and submit purchase requests as needed
    • Address any customer concerns or complaints regarding cleanliness or maintenance issues
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
    Requirements:
    • 5 years of striping & waxing experience
    • 5 years of floorcare exp
    • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or environmental services
    • Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing, carpet cleaning, and general floor maintenance
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work performed
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects as required
