Cash Management Service Supervisor jobs in Surprise, AZ
Cash Management Service Supervisor supervises ongoing service of cash management programs for business banking clients. Assists in the development and implementation of custom plans to meet client's cash management requirements. Being a Cash Management Service Supervisor collaborates with service representatives, account management, and sales to provide technical support as needed. Makes recommendations on technical aspects of cash management service plan design. Additionally, Cash Management Service Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Cash Management Service Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. - Create a positive, respectful environment among peers, superiors, and customers
What you should have:- Must be 18 years of age or older
- You should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- 6 months of customer service experience will be an asset
- 6 months of cash handling experience will be an asset
