Job Responsibilities of the Laboratory Supervisor 

• Help oversee and manage daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols
• Supervise and train laboratory staff, including medical technologists and laboratory technicians 
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate test results, providing insights into patient diagnosis and treatment plans 
• Implement safety protocols and maintain a secure and sanitary laboratory environment 
• Participate in budget planning and cost control measures for the laboratory department 

Qualifications: 

• Valid Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license
