    Venteon Finance is currently seeking a Cash Manager for a leading manufacturing company located in the metro Detroit area.   The Cash Manager will play a critical role in managing and optimizing cash flow, ensuring liquidity, and implementing effective cash management strategies to support our manufacturing operations.

    Requirements of the Cash Manager
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    • Additional certifications (e.g., CTP) is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Cash Manager in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in financial modeling and cash flow analysis.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and treasury management software.

    Responsibilities of the Cash Manager
    • Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure the availability of funds for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
    • Analyze historical cash flow patterns and collaborate with various departments to anticipate future cash needs.
    • Monitor daily cash balances and execute transfers between accounts as needed to maintain optimal liquidity.
    • Evaluate short-term and long-term cash needs, considering factors such as production cycles and capital expenditure requirements.
