    The Finance Order to Cash (OTC) department is a part of Henkel Regional Finance North America. Our team is responsible for managing accounts receivable (A/R) and credit management processes in collaboration with Henkel's Manila Global Business Solutions Center, internal business colleagues, and our headquarters in Germany. Our primary focus is on reducing financial risk and A/R balances to positively impact cash net working capital through process improvements and efficient business partnerships. We currently have an open position for a Finance Manager at our North America headquarters, located in Rocky Hill, CT, with a hybrid work setup. Key responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, transparency, governance, and compliance.
    • Manage A/R and collection activities, optimizing processes. 
    • Analyze overdue customer balances, identifying root causes for process improvement.
    • Collaborate with Henkel's Manila Global Business Solution Center, Sales, Customer Service, and other operational departments to address process issues.
    • Assist with A/R reporting, overdue comments, and other reporting activities in cooperation with the operational center and business stakeholders.
    • Create presentation materials for senior leadership and provide guidance and leadership for corporate-wide initiatives and special projects.

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (master's degree preferred), with 2-3 years of experience. Equivalent education and experience considered.
    • Deep understanding of business processes and financial statements.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying root causes and taking action.
    • Project management experience, including organizing projects, task follow-up, and presenting to the Steering committee.
    • Proven track record of executing tasks and projects with a sense of urgency.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and high energy level.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Flexibility to assume other finance or business roles in the future.
    • Proficiency in Office 365 tools required; SAP knowledge is a plus.

    The salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
