In this role, you will:

• Manage Cash Vault's suite of smart safe solutions, SafeVantage; a market leading solution delivering cash processing efficiencies to some of our largest commercial and corporate banking clients
• Articulate SafeVantage product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
• Be responsible for acquiring new revenue and increasing profitability through migration of existing Cash Vault clients to smart safe solutions and working with Treasury Management sales to acquire new business
• Develop a strategy that outlines the future of the business considering the rapid influx of new technologies, new competitors, changes in consumer & business payment trends, and changes in regulations. This may include participating on industry boards, leading engagement with our key partners in both private and public industry
• Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new Cash Vault products or enhancements
• Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
• Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
• Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
• Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
• Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications, US:

• 5 years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Product management and development experience
• Experience developing solutions for complex client relationships
• Treasury Management experience
• Direct Cash Vault experience, including efficiencies in cash processing and smart safe solutions
• Project Management experience including use of Agile methodology
• Experience in creating, managing and enhancing product Risk Controls
• Vendor relationship management
• Proven track record of delivering new innovative products to market
• Ability to work and influence various levels of leadership both internally and externally
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the enterprise
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
