Position Description
The Case Manager provides comprehensive and culturally appropriate case management services to longer-term resettlement clients. The Case Manager will be responsible for collaborating with Direct Services Coordinators to ensure clients enrolled in the RSS and RCA programs achieve their goals and attain self-sufficiency. This position must be fluent in English and Spanish or English and Haitian Creole. The RSS/RCA Case Manager Reports to the Director of Interfaith-RISE.
This position is located in Vineland, NJ.
