Weekly sausage making (fast and accurate trimming of meats, weighing and measuring spices, grinding and stuffing links)
Keeping up with BBQ pit maintenance (brushing walls and grates, dumping grease buckets, disposing of ashes and keeping wood stacked and split if needed)
Maintain fires to a determined temperature as well as wrapping ribs and briskets when done cooking for holding.
Help with daily specials (trimming, marinating and seasoning meats and cutting vegetables)
Be able to fill in for any position if needed (meat cutter, cook, dishwasher, line service and window)

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
