Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and beverage service regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a friendly manner
