Our Dickey’s BBQ Pit is now hiring Crew Members for immediate start dates. Successful applicants will be
motivated, have good social skills and be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Crew members must maintain a fast speed of service, especially during rush times.
• Crew members must take orders from customers & input their selections into the restaurant computer systems.
• Crew members must assemble orders on trays or in bags depending on the type of order.
• Crew members must process large orders for events.
• Clean your station thoroughly before, during & after each shift.
• Help cook & work the pit/barbecue.
• Crew Member must help with the cashier

Qualifications:

• Able to lift 50 pounds to waist level
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Exhibit a sense of urgency
• Strong stamina to work long or split shifts
• Willingness to work on your feet
• Basic culinary coursework or equivalent experience desired
• Highly collaborate nature
• Previous prep or line cook experience preferred
