Dickey's BBQ Pit is the largerst BBQ Chain in the World and we are looking to add the right candidate to our team. The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience (preferrably 3 years) as an Assistant Manager. This position requires excellent communication skills and superior customer service, and a positive attitude.

As an assitant manager, you will be responsible for managing: inventory, creating and mainting a weekly schedule, catering orders, cleaning, guest experience, and more...

• Experience: Minimun 2-3years of supervisory experience, within a restaurant environment. Knowledge and Understanding of POS Systems.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Bi-Lingual is a plus)
• Competencies: Basic math and computer skills
• Driving/Vehicle : Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle that may be used for company business.
• Food Handler Card: Must have a Serve Safe Certificate at time of hire or obtain a Serve Safe Certificate upon hire.

Job Details:

• Work Hours: Full-Time (Weekends Included), and may work any shift including opening, mid-day, and closing. Hours of Operation (11am-9pm Daily)
