Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Cashier to join our team at the newly remodeled Lucky's Casino inside the Love's Truck Stop. Will typically be three day shifts and two swing shifts per week. The ideal candidate will have strong cash handling skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Duties:
- Manage cash transactions with customers using cash registers
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the casino
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a cashier
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters)
