Casino Shift Manager Assistant assists the shift manager with casino activities during an assigned shift. Coordinates casino gaming operations activities with departments to ensure total customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Being a Casino Shift Manager Assistant ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Maintains visual presence on casino floor. Additionally, Casino Shift Manager Assistant enforces corrective action against individuals caught cheating. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Casino Shift Manager Assistant supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. · 3 – 5 years’ experience in one or more manufacturing related SAP modules; Experience with S/4HANA highly preferred.
· Deep knowledge of SAP solutions covering Plant Management and Maintenance processes : construction, design, operations, commissioning, corrective and predictive maintenance including external service management, refurbishment, replacement or decommissioning of plant, facilities, and equipment
· Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and Finance
· Minimum of two full-lifecycle SAP deployments
· Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently
· Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills
· Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes.
· Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information
· Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed.
· Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilities
· Interact and deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner; willingness and effectiveness in challenging the status-quo.

· Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines

· Bachelor’s degree related to Information Systems, Business or other relevant academic discipline with a minimum 3 year job experience in IT or process area(s)
