Responsibilities:
Assist with general office administrative tasks, including answering phones, filing, and managing correspondence.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
Assist with accounts payable/1099's/W-9's
Maintain proper cash handling procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the office
Assist in resolving administrative/HR problems and inquiries
Assist in other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual PREFERRED.
Knowledge in the gaming industry a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks is required.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Cash Handling experience REQUIRED.
Basic HR knowledge is a plus.
