Casino Shift Manager oversees the casino activities during an assigned shift. Coordinates with departments to ensure total customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Being a Casino Shift Manager ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Maintains visual presence on casino floor. Additionally, Casino Shift Manager enforces corrective action against individuals caught cheating. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Casino Shift Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. · 3 – 5 years’ experience in one or more manufacturing related SAP modules; Experience with S/4HANA highly preferred.
· Deep knowledge of SAP solutions covering Plant Management and Maintenance processes : construction, design, operations, commissioning, corrective and predictive maintenance including external service management, refurbishment, replacement or decommissioning of plant, facilities, and equipment
· Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and Finance
· Minimum of two full-lifecycle SAP deployments
· Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently
· Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills
· Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes.
· Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information
· Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed.
· Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilities
