Bango Bowls Shift leaders are critical components to the Bango team and are driving forces to our culture. Along with driving a positive culture, the shift leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of our store, overseeing all team members during your shift while serving and engaging customers the best way possible. The shift leader reports to the General Manager of the store.
