Casino Shift Manager oversees the casino activities during an assigned shift. Coordinates with departments to ensure total customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Being a Casino Shift Manager ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Maintains visual presence on casino floor. Additionally, Casino Shift Manager enforces corrective action against individuals caught cheating. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Casino Shift Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. YOU GOT THIS
Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

$20.00 - $28.80 The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
