The Analyst is responsible for analysis and requirements for CDPHP’s primary data platforms. The Analyst plays a key role in translating business partners’ strategy and goals into meaningful functional requirements and specifications. The Analyst applies an understanding of core business systems and their relationships across multiple IT platforms. The Analyst must apply critical thinking and data analysis techniques to ensure functional requirements can be met by technical solutions in an efficient and consistent manner. Applicants must have the ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision.

Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
