Overview

R&P is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Management/Data Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Configuration Change Manager in processing change paperwork.
• Manages and monitors the change budget
• Provides regular reports on the current change status
• Proactively identifies issues or potential shortfalls for management resolution

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or a high school diploma with over 5 years of experience performing change management or data analysis in support of Navy ships
• Demonstrated fluency with Microsoft Office Suite 
• Ability to work independently and communicate with a broad range of poeple
• Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
