Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) is looking to hire an Identity and Access Management Analyst to play a key role in maintaining the security and day-to-day administration of access control to technology systems throughout the Bank.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT (IAM) ANALYST

On a daily basis, you will maintain user access control for the network, video surveillance, card and door access, and application security systems to protect the network and physical infrastructure from unauthorized intrusions and attacks. You will also back up the daily support of the IT Help Desk, workstation, server, and network infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SECURITY SUPPORT/ACCESS CONTROL SPECIALIST

• IT experience preferred, but not required. Superior attention to detail and effective communication skills a must.
• Demonstrated understanding and practical application of security concepts and best practices required.
• Formal training or demonstrated experience with Microsoft Products (Office 365, Windows, etc.) required.
• Core banking system experience preferred but not required.
• Successful candidates will have an associate's degree or equivalent with a focus on IT, or equivalent experience.
