Analyzes and assesses category/brand performance to develop enhanced marketing and sales plans and promotions. Being a Category Management Analyst conducts market specific assessments of competitors, vendors, and customers to support decisions and influence management. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Category Management Analyst typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Category Management Analyst gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Position Summary
This role is responsible for planning and overseeing the procurement, component repair, and maintenance materials requirements of aircraft airframe components across multiple global AOCs and repair stations. This role will be highly visible within the organization and is responsible for guiding the continued maturity of the aviation supply chain.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager.

Required Education, Experience and Certificates
Education: Bachelors degree in aviation management, supply chain
Experience: 5-7 years of airline rotable materials maintenance and repair planning background (airframe or engine)
Preferred Education, Experience and Certificates
Education: Masters in business administration, supply chain, or aviation management
Experience: 7-10 years of airline rotable materials maintenance and repair planning background (airframe or engine) with 3 years of leadership responsibility
Certificates and Licenses:
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products

Must be able to accomplish all duties with little or no assistance.
Must have good command of the English language; oral and written.
