Position:
Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking an Investment/Portfolio Analyst to join the Rockefeller Global Family Office CIO office. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the construction and management of proprietary model equity portfolios, and teaming with Private Advisors to help manage individual stock positions.
This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact at a growing wealth management firm. The Senior Analyst will report to Rockefeller Global Family Office’s Head of Equity Strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction and management of concentrated model equity portfolios
- Analyze client/prospect equity holdings
- Assist Financial Advisors with requests and basic research related to equities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in economics, business, finances, accounting and/or other investment-related areas preferred
- 5 years’ experience in financial markets; familiarity with and passion for equities
- Series 7 and 63 required or willingness to obtain upon hire
Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel required; FactSet and Bloomberg preferred
- Financial Statement analysis a plus
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to reason
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and good work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong project planning, organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn, contribute and be responsible on a small team
- Flexibility to shift priorities in response to potentially volatile financial markets
