Additionally, Category Management Analyst, Sr. typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Category Management Analyst, Sr. contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. The Knowledge Management Analyst supports the mission of the customer by designing, managing, and configuring SharePoint sites. The ideal candidate will have the people and the technical skills to gather and document requirements; determine site and library structures; configure pages, web parts, and tools; develop and deliver training; and provide troubleshooting and assistance to users of varying skill levels on the design, use, and customization of SharePoint. The candidate may also assist in business process improvement, program management, and meetings in support of a large organization.
