    • Provides technical and analytical support required by the location's management team for planning and coordinating the business management activities for the location.
    • Assists the Administrative Officer in providing advisory services thru the formulation and implementation of administrative management policies, procedures, operations, goals, and objectives.
    • Reviews preliminary contract specifications to ensure adequacy of statements of work, clearances, justifications, and funds availability are confirmed before forwarding to management.
    • Provides technical and analytical support to the location management team to develop and execute the Annual Resource Management Plans (ARMP) for the location.
    • Reviews requests for personnel actions and provides advice and recommendations to management officials on propriety, relative need, and special problems which may be encountered in processing such requests.
    • Provides advice to the Administrative Officer and location management officials regarding the implementation impact of the procedures and policies that deal with recruitment, merit promotion, and other human resources related activities.

For this position, specialized experience is experience assisting with financial management and contracting; preparing reports or administrative documents; and informing employees of human resources rules, policies, regulations, or procedures.

    Education: Successful completion of a Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related. Related degrees may include Business, Business Management, Business Administration, or Accounting.

    A combination of specialized experience and education as described above.
