Analyzes and assesses category/brand performance to develop enhanced marketing and sales plans and promotions. Being a Category Management Analyst, Sr. implements category plans and effective sales materials working with internal groups, suppliers, and others. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Category Management Analyst, Sr. typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Category Management Analyst, Sr. contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. The Director Care Management will join a 100 -bed acute care hospital that values its commitment to excellence in quality and safety and provides patients and the community with quality and safe care. This full-service facility offers a wide array of specialty services including surgical OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, women’s services OB, and orthopedics. This organization is fully accredited by the Joint Commission.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director Care Management will oversee all departmental activities within case management. The Director Care Management will work collaboratively with leadership to functional excellence and completion of operational objectives. They will serve as a mentor by providing leadership to staff. The Director Care Management is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.
Requirements include:
- Minimum BSN
- 3 years of Acute Care Case Management experience
- 1-3 years experience working in healthcare management
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively
