Job Summary:
We are seeking a new and ready to learn or skilled and experienced Caterer to join our team. As a Caterer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage services for various events and functions. Your expertise in culinary arts, food handling, and hospitality will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Duties:
- Prepare and present a wide variety of food and beverages for events such as weddings, corporate functions, parties, and banquets
- Coordinate with clients to determine their specific catering needs and preferences
- Plan menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and special requests
- Ensure timely delivery and setup of catering equipment and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of food items
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during events
- Assist with bartending duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or catering industry is required
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation
- Excellent food handling practices to maintain safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in menu planning and execution
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors
- Knowledge of banquet service procedures is preferred
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
