As a Caterer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage services for various events and functions. Duties:
- Prepare and present a wide variety of food and beverages for events such as weddings, corporate functions, parties, and banquets
- Coordinate with clients to determine their specific catering needs and preferences
- Plan menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and special requests
- Ensure timely delivery and setup of catering equipment and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of food items
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during events
- Assist with bartending duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or catering industry is required
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation
- Excellent food handling practices to maintain safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
