Maintains in house reservations operation to maximize revenue for the hotel. Maintain communication between Sales/Catering Department and all Operations Departments. Maintain seamless flow for all group blocks, to include setup, rooming list entry & billing directions set & followed. Compile BEO's, Resumes, and other reports for Catering and Banquets. Provides administrative support to the Sales and Catering Managers. Acts as a customer service representative and ensures proper care is given to all incoming calls and guests. Acts as communications liaison to operational divisions.
Examples of Duties:
Monitor group blocks, communicate with contacts regarding pick up & cutoff dates. Obtain rooming lists in a timely fashion. Relay information as needed to Dir. of Revenue Management & Sales Managers as needed.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction regarding group blocks, BEOs and resumes. Process, and handle group rooming lists, ensure billing comments & routing steps are entered as needed.
Prepare, organize and distribute catering reports and maintain Reader board and daily logs.
