Under the direction of the Catering Sales Manager, the incumbent assists the Catering Sales managers in coordinating administrative, planning and customer service related duties. High school diploma as well as one (1) to three (3) years of related customer service experience in one of the following departments: Group Sales, Catering, Banquets, Convention Services of Front Desk and/or Reservations and Communications. Must be well-organized and detail oriented. Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. Due to the nature of the business, must be able to work flexible hours which includes nights, weekends and holidays depending on business demands.
