Wage Range: $25 - $28 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Location: Based in Redmond. Travel to Bellevue and Seattle as required.

- Conduct regular safety audits across all culinary operations using cutting-edge internal auditing software.
- Monitor compliance with food safety regulations and implement corrective measures as needed.

- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address hazardous conditions, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Utilize your organizational skills to maintain safety documentation and provide comprehensive reports.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Previous experience in restaurant/hotel/catering management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite software and willingness to learn new applications
- Sound knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
Education and Work Experience
- Culinary school degree or culinary experience preferred but not required
- Safety and Sanitation related degree preferred but not required
- At least three years’ relative experience in safety and operations management - food service industry preferred but not required.
- Solid track record of success in previous assignments/operation
Physical Demands
- Some heavy lifting (may lift 10-40 lbs.) and possible moving of equipment required
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision for safe navigation of work area and use of equipment
- Heavy and repetitive hand and arm motion involved in production and clean up
- Standing, walking, bending/twisting, and balance are all required to perform job task
- Reaching across surfaces while moving containers, reaching above shoulders for containers for removal and storage.
- Standing a minimum of 8 hours a day
- Carrying containers of different sizes and different types of product of all shapes and sizes
- Able to work 10 hours or more shift plus ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
- Must possess hearing, visual, and sensory abilities to observe and detect emergency situations; also distinguish product, taste, texture, and temperature

- Serv Safe Manager Certification (Testing provided by Lavish Roots)
