We want to be your 2 Job! Acme Fresh Market Catering is looking for hard-working individuals to join our team of On-Call Catering Servers! You choose which shifts you take!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional service to all guests.
• Serve menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner according to established service standards.
• Perform pre- and post-shift side work, load, unload, prepare the venue, etc.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines at all times.
• Monitor and observe guests’ dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for the next course.
• Assist with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
• Perform event set-up and clean-up duties as requested; including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and setting up / tearing down catering equipment (Chafers, Pans, etc)
• If you see something, say something! Report all problems and maintenance issues to your supervisor.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and continuously move for the duration of a regular shift.
• Must be able to maneuver, bend, twist, pivot, and navigate stairs.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. or more.
• Must be 18 or older.

Educational and/or Experience Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to drive Catering vehicles.
• Must be a fast-paced worker, able to work with accuracy and skill.
• Top-notch customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a “customer first” mentality.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to adhere to quality standards for safety, sanitation, and food handling.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekend shifts.
