Position Overview:

Palace Casino Resort is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Information Technology. The Director of IT will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the IT operations of the casino, ensuring seamless integration of technology systems, and maintaining the highest standards of security and efficiency.

- Gaming or hospitality experience is a requirement for this position.

-Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies to support the overall objectives of Palace Casino Resort.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including network infrastructure, systems administration, database management, and technical support services.

- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure the achievement of departmental goals.

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

- Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.
