High school diploma as well as one (1) to three (3) years of related customer service experience in one of the following departments: Group Sales, Catering, Banquets, Convention Services of Front Desk and/or Reservations and Communications. Must be well-organized and detail oriented. Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk.
