JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervisors all aspects of the Player Development department.
• Ability to authorize and issue complementary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix.
• Responsible for development of the Casino Host staff - interviews, hires, evaluates, and disciplines and terminates as necessary.
• Develop and assist hosts in maintaining all costs and experiences within guidelines to maximize profitability wile providing the guest with an outstanding experience.
• Assists in the development and management of the Player Development budget to maximize the guest's experience as well as the company's profitability.
• Working knowledge of Oasis including but not limited to the following: Customer inquiries, Players Club and Tracking info, Customer offers and redemptions, Credit over limit history and transaction summary and Marketing reports.
• Responsible for developing and managing programs and process for customer service and recognition of VIP guests.
• Oversees and assures high standards of guest service by maintaining constant awareness for the entire property of all promotions, events and entertainment.
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Five to seven years' experience in Casino Player Development.
• A high school diploma of GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications.
• Must complete all required company training.
