We are in search of a dedicated Catering Coordinator to join our team at Chick-fil-A Pinnacle. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our catering services and elevating the visibility and success of our catering program within the business community.

As a vital member of our Leadership & Brand Growth team, success in this position requires a strong commitment to building rapport, executing tasks with precision, and maintaining a diligent work ethic. The ability to set and achieve sales targets and other objectives is crucial.

Pay Type: Starting at up to $20/hr

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must use personal vehicle to make deliveries when all store delivery vehicles are being used (mileage reimbursement)
• Must have driver’s license and good driving record
• Experience in the food service industry is preferred
• Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about building strong relationships and providing excellent and attentive service
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Work at a quick pace with strong follow-through
• Ability to multitask, delegate authority when appropriate, and make decisions quickly

• Be able to meet the physical needs of the position including, but not limited to, assembling and carrying orders, driving, and making deliveries

Responsibilities:

• Build new catering business, including but not limited to:
  • Identify potential catering customers and opportunities
  • Identify and build relationships with catering decision makers
  • Distribute catering menus, nutritional guides, and ordering information to potential customers
  • Utilize food distribution to visit at least two new potential customers each week
• Handle all aspects of catering and sales experience including but not limited to coordinating the order with the kitchen staff, delivering the order, and following up with the customer
• Check catering orders to make sure they meet requirements, including proper packaging and food temperature
• Deliver 2nd Mile Service at all times and address customer concerns promptly and courteously
• Maintain positive and strong relationships with customers and prospects
• Acquire and maintain certification with the Chick-fil-A Catering program
• Train the kitchen and management staff on current and new catering requirements
• Properly maintain and organize catering equipment
• Responsible for maintaining catering inventory needs
• Provide and report metrics to management on a regular basis
• Support special projects and management requests as required
