Catering Manager - Casino is responsible for operation and execution of the culinary aspects of events at the casino. Coordinates menus, supervises wait staff, and assists in staff training and approving payroll records. Being a Catering Manager - Casino may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Catering Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Catering Manager - Casino typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Our peak busy time is weekday lunch, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm Mondays - Fridays, and the orders we deliver are larger than what you’d typically see delivering on-demand orders. This is not an hourly pay job, You are paid per order. Pay starts at a minimum of $20 per order and can go up.

- You must be able to respond to text/phone calls regarding job offers
- Legally able to work in the US without sponsorship
- 2 catering sized bags (fits full size food pans)
