Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Catering Manager - Casino typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Marketing and Sales Support:- Collaborate with marketing team to promote catering services through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Assist with sales efforts by participating in client meetings, conducting tastings, and preparing proposals.
