Catering Manager - Casino is responsible for operation and execution of the culinary aspects of events at the casino. Coordinates menus, supervises wait staff, and assists in staff training and approving payroll records. Being a Catering Manager - Casino may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Pay
General Manager salary base is $70,000 - $85,000/year based on skills, experience, and tenure.
We are only interviewing Candidates who currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area / Silicon Valley and within a 45-minute or less commute from one of our restaurants.
Note: the address posted for this position is the location of our offices and commissary kitchen. Actual location will be determined at a later point but commute time is a consideration (i.e. we won't ask someone who lives in San Jose to work in San Francisco).
