Catering Manager - Casino is responsible for operation and execution of the culinary aspects of events at the casino. Coordinates menus, supervises wait staff, and assists in staff training and approving payroll records. Being a Catering Manager - Casino may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Catering Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Catering Manager - Casino typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. We are currently hiring Catering Managers / Catering Servant Heart Leaders. The Catering Servant Heart Leader is able to build Loyal Long Term Relationship while being “The Catering Expert” The Catering Servant Heart Leader has a heart for hospitality, attentive and organized nature, caring and courteous actions to ensure Our Customer’s events are a complete success.
Catering Manager / Catering Servant Heart Leader responsibilities include:
- Weekly Brand Presentations to build sales
- Genuinely Engage with Our Customers and build Long Term Loyal Relationships
- Maintain an Active Presence at catering events.
- Accurately prepare and submit monthly reports on time
- Administrative duties include: data entry, emails and phone calls.
- Attend and participate in monthly meetings and conference calls.
Intermediate computer skills are required.
