May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Catering Manager - Casino typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. We are currently hiring Catering Managers / Catering Servant Heart Leaders. The Catering Servant Heart Leader is able to build Loyal Long Term Relationship while being “The Catering Expert” The Catering Servant Heart Leader has a heart for hospitality, attentive and organized nature, caring and courteous actions to ensure Our Customer’s events are a complete success.
Catering Manager / Catering Servant Heart Leader responsibilities include:
- Weekly Brand Presentations to build sales
- Genuinely Engage with Our Customers and build Long Term Loyal Relationships
- Maintain an Active Presence at catering events.
- Accurately prepare and submit monthly reports on time
- Administrative duties include: data entry, emails and phone calls.
- Attend and participate in monthly meetings and conference calls.
Intermediate computer skills are required.
